Implementation of BoostWorker for the optimisation of the management of telework in the HR department.

How the implementation of BoostWorker improved productivity at CloudAPPi

To achieve its initial objectives, CloudAPPI implemented BoostWorker, an application specifically designed to increase the productivity of employees in teleworking mode. This is achieved thanks to different functionalities, being the check-in and check-out the most required by the consultancy. In addition, it also offered the possibility of monitoring activity on each employee’s corporate laptop at 5-10 minute intervals during working hours.

Therefore, the main elements of the solution were:

Automated Check-in and Check-out: BoostWorker registers by one click the start and end of the working day, allowing employees to comply with their schedules in a flexible way and without the need for additional reporting. In this way, employees can also be in control of their working time, adjusting their daily hours to their optimal start and end times.
  2. Occasional activity monitoring: always respecting employee privacy, the tool allows for activity monitoring, which is only reviewed in two situations:
    • When there are absences without report by the employee.
    • In the event of a noticeable drop in performance, allowing the HR team to assess the context objectively before making decisions.
  3. Restricted access: the information collected is protected and only accessible to the HR department, ensuring that only authorised professionals can review the activity monitoring when necessary.
